By joining the EarthSaver Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility & Membership
- Membership is free and open to all customers of Earth to Life, both online and in-store.
- By signing up, you consent to receive emails related to your membership, rewards updates, exclusive offers, and store news. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
2. Earning Points
- Members earn 100 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points are automatically added to your account once your transaction is complete.
- Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, shipping, or when redeeming reward vouchers.
3. Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards can be redeemed online or in-store once you have reached the minimum points required.
- Each reward has a minimum spend requirement (after any discounts and before shipping):
$5 off — Minimum spend $60
$10 off — Minimum spend $80
$20 off — Minimum spend $100
$30 off — Minimum spend $160
$40 off — Minimum spend $180
- Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or promotions, including sale items or promo codes.
- Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
4. Points Validity & Expiry
- Points remain valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date they are earned.
- Expired points will automatically be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
5. Returns & Adjustments
- If you return or cancel a purchase, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.
- If you used a reward on a returned purchase, the reward will not be reissued.
6. Program Changes
- Earth to Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the EarthSaver Rewards Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- In the event the program ends, any unused points or rewards will be forfeited.
7. Privacy
- Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will only be used for program administration and communication.
