Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs – Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate
  • Express Shipping: $25 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $100 in Australia

All orders are typically shipped via Australia Post, though local delivery contractors may be used in some regional areas.

Note: Phone Orders will incur a flat rate delivery cost of $12.00

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Please allow 1–4 business days for dispatch.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Auto-fill errors are common, and Earth to Life is not responsible for parcels dispatched to incorrectly entered addresses.

Urgent Order Changes

As our Hello email account is not monitored constantly, for urgent order changes, cancellations, or address corrections, please call us on 1300 012 484.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read our policy below carefully.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (based on dispatch date).
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund your product must be damaged, faulty or soiled. We do not offer refunds for change on mind.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene or safety, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear, socks, stockings, gloves
  • Personal or sanitary products
  • Perishable items (e.g. food)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance & sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable goods
  • Downloadable software
  • Health & personal care items

Note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). eg. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Faulty, Damaged or Soiled Items

We only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty, damaged, or soiled goods. Email hello@earthtolife.com.au with photos and order details, or call us for urgent issues.


Refunds

You are only eligible for a refund if your item is faulty, damaged or soiled. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
  • Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds?

  • Contact your card issuer
  • Then contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or soiled.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • Once received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we’ll refund them directly.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items over $75, we please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • No Refunds, Exchanges or Rain Checks: All Black Friday sale purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or rain checks on discounted items.
