Face Rollers date back to the 7th century in China. Jade face rollers gained popularity, which endures today in a more modern form - a legacy of traditional Chinese medicine.

Face Rollers are most commonly used as a soothing massage tool. However, many use them in the same way as a Gua Sha, to direct fluid to the lymph nodes. Lymph nodes filter toxins and other pollutants from the skin, and the removal of these may produce firmer and smoother skin, with a healthy glow.

Although designed to be used on the face, rollers may also be used on the body, particularly for a relaxing massage to ease muscle tightness and discomfort.

In the same way as a Gua Sha is used, Face Rollers should be moved from the centre to the side of the face (away from the nose or the middle of the chin). The small roller is used under the eyes and on other delicate areas of the face. The large roller is perfect for other areas of the face.

Claimed benefits of Face Rollers include:

  • Reduction of puffiness and dark circles around the eyes (cold face rollers work best for this).
  • Firmer, toned skin, and other anti-ageing benefits. Use for around 5 minutes is thought to improve blood flow to the targeted area.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
