How much is delivery?
Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $12.00 for orders up to $120.00 within Australia. For orders $120.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free. Phone orders will incur a flat rate delivery fee of $12.00.
Coupons: Please note, the free shipping over $120 offer applies only to the final order total after any discount codes or promotional coupons have been applied. If a coupon reduces your order total below $120 AUD, standard shipping fees will apply.
International Shipping: We Deliver Worldwide (T&C's apply). Please note: Due to tariffs we are not currently shipping to the USA.
We also offer Store Pick Up from our Albury store at 614 Dean Street Albury NSW 2640. We are open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday for you to come and pick up your parcel. Select Store Pick Up at checkout and we will call or message you when your order is ready to pick up.
Do you accept returns?
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase (based on dispatch date).
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- We offer exchanges on full-price items only, excluding those listed in the Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items section below. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, as well as the postage cost to send the exchanged item back to them.
- If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund your product must be damaged, faulty or soiled. We do not offer refunds for change on mind.
- SALE: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, AfterPay, ZipPay and ShopPay. Phone orders are available if you prefer to pay over the phone – call 1300 012 484.
Do You have Gift Cards available?
Yes we do! You can shop our Gift Cards here.
Please note: The full amount of the Gift Card must be redeemed in one transaction if used in store. Online Gift Cards can be used over multiple transactions. Our Gift Cards do not expire.
Do you have a rewards program?
