How much is delivery?

Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.00 for orders up to $100.00 within Australia. For orders $100.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free.

Free Home Delivery on orders over $60.00 is available in selected areas. Learn more about Free Home Delivery here. 

We also offer Store Pick Up from our Albury store at 489 Dean St. We are open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays for you to come and pick up your parcel. Select Store Pick Up at checkout and we will call or message you when your order is ready to pick up.

Do you accept returns?

We offer refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in the same condition they were received and in their original packaging.

You are only eligible for a refund if your item is faulty, damaged or soiled. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items are exempt from being returned. For more information read our Returns Policy. Please note we don't process refunds for natural wear and tear or damage caused after the order has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, AfterPay, ZipPay and ShopPay.  Phone orders are available if you prefer to pay over the phone – call 1300 012 484. Please note we do not store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.

Do you have Gift Cards available?

Yes we do! You can shop our Gift Cards here. 

Please note: The full amount of the Gift Card must be redeemed in one transaction if used in store. Online Gift Cards can be used over multiple transactions. Our Gift Cards do not expire.

How Eco Friendly is your packaging? 

Our online and Click & Collect orders are packaged with Biogone Biodegradable Tape & and all packaging is recycled (packing, padding and boxes) from our suppliers and deliveries! 😀🌿 (Don't be surprised if your box doesn't say Earth to Life!)
Our signature black online satchels are degradable EPI which can be re-used and recycled and will degrade and disappear in a short timescale, leaving no fragments, no methane, and no harmful residues.
