How do I clean my Uggs?

Wet entire boot or shoe with cold or warm water. It is important not to use hot water as it may weaken the glue and cause shrinking. A sheepskin cleaner/conditioner can be used to clean. Use a clean sponge or soft brush and clean the entire area thoroughly and evenly.

Reshape by stuffing with a paper towel.

Allow to dry naturally and slowly - DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.

Where are the Uggs made?

All Jumbo Uggs are handmade in Melbourne, Australia.

Koalibi Uggs (moccasins, gumboots, clogs & runners) are designed in Australia and made in China.

What is the Ugg sizing like?

Uggs should feel snug when first worn. After a few wears, the sheepskin will stretch to true size.
