About Glerups

In 1993 Nanny from Denmark felted a pair of boots for the first time, and the wool came from her own Gotland sheep. The felted boots were well received among friends and family, so well, that Nanny started a small hobby production. This paved the way for the company Glerups.

About the wool

Over the years Glerups perfected the wool mix with quality wool from New Zealand farmers. These farmers meet Glerups' high standards for consistent quality and humane animal welfare.

Glerups work with their farmers every step of the way and follow each pair of Glerups from the sheep to your feet.

They use 100% pure and natural wool for all slippers.
