Refund policy

Please read our policy below carefully.

Eligibility

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase (based on dispatch date).
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
We offer exchanges on full-price items only, excluding those listed in the Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items section below. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, as well as the postage cost to send the exchanged item back to them.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your product must be damaged, faulty or soiled. We do not offer refunds for change on mind.
SALE: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene or safety, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear, socks, stockings, gloves
Personal or sanitary products
Perishable items (e.g. food)
Gift cards
Clearance & sale items
Hazardous materials, flammable goods
Downloadable software
Health & personal care items

SALE: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). eg. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Faulty, Damaged or Soiled Items

We only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty, damaged, or soiled goods. Email hello@earthtolife.com.au with photos and order details, or call us for urgent issues.

Sale Terms & Conditions

Please choose carefully. All sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes purchases made in-store and online.

End of Lease Sale

No Refunds, Exchanges or Rain Checks: All sale purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or rain checks on discounted items.
Not in Conjunction with Other Offers: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, promotions, or offers.
Product Availability: Availability may vary between our online store and our Albury retail store. Stock is limited and items are available only while supplies last.
Earth To Life reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
Sale pricing applies to existing stock only. Custom orders, special orders and pre-orders are not eligible for this promotion. No custom or special orders will be accepted during the sale period.

Refunds

You are only eligible for a refund if your item is faulty, damaged or soiled. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full-price items only, excluding those listed in the Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items section above. Items must be returned in accordance with our returns policy and be in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, as well as the postage cost to send the exchanged item back to them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we’ll refund them directly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
