How to Use: Apply 4-5 rolls onto your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results. You can also apply 4-5 rolls to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
How long is a roll? About 10cm.

Sensitive skin / Magnesium deficiency: Any reaction or skin irritation; apply to damp skin for the first week or use over a light moisturiser. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Aqua, Polysorbate-60, Xanthan Gum, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang-Ylang) Flower Oil, Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm) Leaf Oil.
