How to Use: Apply 4-5 rolls onto your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results. You can also apply 4-5 rolls to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
How long is a roll? About 10cm.
