Leggings are measured in cms on one side unstretched whilst laying flat.
If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Composition: 78% Bamboo, 18% Nylon, 4% Elastane
Care: Hand wash or cool gentle machine wash with similar colours. Line dry flat in shade or tumble dry on low. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

Bamboo is a grass, so once cut it will regenerate quickly without the need for replanting (in the same way as your garden lawn). It grows very densely and so the yield per acre is excellent in comparison to cotton.
